REGISTRATION

General information

To take part in the ETN conference you have to fill out the registration form below.

The cost of the conference consists of a basic fee and extra costs for optional  offers.

Basic fee for ETN members * : 195,00 €
East European (non EU) ETN members: 120,00 €
Basic fee for students up to an age or 30 (members or non-members): 100,00 €
Basic fee for non-members * : 295,00 €

Online registration

The easiest way to join the conference is to use this ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
After submitting the online registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In case of non-receipt please contact us.

Manual registration

In case you prefer to use the PDF registration form, we ask you to print it out, fill it in, sign and send it to us by mail or scanned e-mail attachment. After receiving your registration you will receive a confirmation email.

Registration features and payment

Contingencies

Some optional program points need a certain minimum number of participants. Only when this minimum is achieved, we can confirm the realization.
Some optional program points have a maximum number of participants. The allocation of places takes place in the incoming order of the registrations. We will contact you immediately if a program point you have chosen is already fully booked.

If you participate in a pre-conference workshop and have booked your accommodation in the boarding school in Rohrbach, we will fix your accommodation booking only if we can confirm the realization of the course based on the minimum number of participants. If the course you have applied for is already fully booked, we will contact you to clarify whether you would like to cancel the accommodation for this period or if you would like to switch to another course.

Membership fees

If you indicated that you were an ETN member when registering, you will be checked to see if you have already paid your membership fee for 2019 upon receipt of your application. If this is not the case, you will receive a request for payment from Lala der Dios, President of ETN. If at the time of registration in Haslach you still have not paid your membership fee, you will be asked to settle it in cash and then on location.

Please note that in the case of an institutional membership, up to two members of the institution may attend the conference on the reduced terms. Other members will be charged the Basic fee for non-members.

Payment

Only when the above contingencies and questions of ETN membership have been clarified will the final price be determined. You will receive an invoice from us. Please pay the entire amount only after receipt of the invoice!Due to the eventualities mentioned above, the billing may take a few weeks to months, but will be carried out no later than June 20, 2019. The amount must then be transferred to the account indicated on the invoice within two weeks.

Cancellation

Your registration is binding by sending us your filled in registration form (online, by mail or via e-mail attachment)! Should you still be prevented from attending, please contact us immediately and cancel your registration in writing.

If the cancellation occurs before will have invoiced you (date of invoice), a processing fee of 10% of the total of the booked services will be charged.

If the cancellation occurs after the invoice to you has been made (date of invoice) but before the payment of the fee, a processing fee of 20% of the total of the booked services will be charged.

If canceled after your payment of the fee in the period prior to June 20, 2019, a processing fee of 20% of the total of the booked services will also be charged. The remainder of the amount will be returned to you.

If canceled after your payment of the fee in the period after 20 June 2019, a processing fee of 50% of the total of the booked services will be charged. The remainder of the amount will be returned to you.

In case of cancellation after the beginning of the event (that is the day of your first booked event, accomodation at the boarding school), breaking off or unexcused non-participation, the entire fee will be withheld.

Programme changes

Any changes to the conference program (such as speakers, appointments, locations, ...) may arise for organizational reasons and cannot be objected to.

Privacy and consent

With your registration, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to the terms. You also agree that your personal data, which is provided in the application, will be kept by the Organizer in electronical form. These will not be disclosed to third parties. You may withdraw from this agreement at any given time and without giving reasons by sending an E-mail to info@textile-kultur-haslach.at
